Ultra pure water equipment is a water treatment equipment that uses pretreatment,reverse osmosis technology,ultra-purificatio treatment and post treatment methods to almost completely remove the conductive medium in water and keep the non-dissociated colloidal susstances,gases and organic matters in water at a very low degree.

It is divided into purified water, water for injection and water for sterilization according to the different ranges of use.For first time,the former distilled water is changed into purified water,which is specifically defined as"purified water is water prepared for meficinal use by distillation,ion exchange,reverse osmosis or other appropriate methods".

In usual,the pretratment system includes quartz sand filter,activated carbon filter,and softening device if necessary.Each equipment can automatically carry out ozone water backflush and discharge.Auxiliary equipment has automatic dosing system,ozone generation dosing system.Its main function is to ensure that the secondary RO system can obtain a stable and qualified inlet water quality in different inlet conditions.

Ultra pure water,which is difficult for general pure water equipment to achive this degree,usually adopts various processing methods like pretreatment,reverse osmosis technology,ultrapure water treatment equipment,and four steps of post-processing,multi-stage filtration,high performance ion exchange(polishing),ultrafiltration filter,UV lamp,the TOC removal equipment and etc.
