About Equipment
RO Equiment used for well water

The well water enters into the aeration device after being pressurized by the self-priming pump. It is a rapid precipitation process which mainly to make the well water fully contact with the oxygen in the air, make the low valent iron and manganese ions in water are oxidized to high valence iron and manganese ions by oxidation. After aeration, the well water reaches the settling tank for settling. (It mainly acts as a buffer, let water have enough time to precipitate.) The water after precipitation goes into the system where can remove iron and manganese through the booster pump, this step is mainly to remove water sediment, rust, manganese, red worm, algae, and some solid materials such as metals, some kinds of suspended solids. The system works in normal condition as follows: The operating pressure should be 0.3Mpa, and the average filtering speed is 15 m/hr.

When the iron concentration in underground water is 5~10mg/L and manganese concentration is 1~2mg/L, or when the underground water contains only iron but no manganese, and the iron concentration is about 10mg/ L, aeration can be used to remove iron and manganese. The process is: Groundwater Deep well pump Aeration device Water tank Filter pump Iron and manganese removal device RO equipment Reservoir Water unit.
